Joy, Inc. and the Fourthmainland Creator Fund will host a live YouTube conversation on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at 11:30 a.m., exploring real career pathways for young Africans in storytelling, media, technology, and impact work. Titled “Opportunities for Young Africans: Media, Tech, Impact, and Capital,” the session will be broadcast live on the #WithChude YouTube channel and will feature Jennifer Mairo, CEO of Joy, Inc.; Dr. Faith Adewale, medical practitioner and tech innovator; and Inam Maso, media personality and brand strategist. The conversation will be hosted by Kanyinsola Olukoya and is proudly supported by Africa No Filter.
This is not another panel discussion filled with vague advice. It is a direct, unfiltered conversation with three extraordinary voices who have built careers at the intersection of creativity, technology, social impact, and capital, and who understand what it actually takes to break through in industries that do not always make space for young Africans. Attendees will receive practical exposure to how the Fourthmainland Fund works, how young people can engage with it, and how careers in media, health tech, and brand strategy are genuinely built. The session is designed for the ambitious, the undecided, and anyone tired of being told to “figure it out” without a roadmap.
To ensure this is more than talk, Joy, Inc. and Fourthmainland are offering giveaway prizes that change trajectories: cash prizes, an internship with Joy, Inc. valued at $3,500, a mentorship session with Jennifer Mairo valued at $250, and an autographed copy of Chude Jideonwo’s How Depression Saved My Life. This is an invitation to show up, listen closely, ask the hard questions, and leave with something actionable, whether it’s clarity, a connection, or an opportunity that changes everything. February 21 at 11:30 a.m. on YouTube. Be there.
