The Joy Masterclass

The Joy Masterclass is an intensive 8-hour class administered for individuals, teams and leaders that weaves the confluence of thinking and research about happiness, human flourishing and resilience - across Psychology, Economics, Divinity and Philosophy - into practical lessons, habits and tools that help participants transform their thinking, attitudes and actions. The Masterclass is often adopted into specific themes, and customised for specific audiences, including faith-based audiences.

The Joy Congress

The Joy Congress is an immersive full-day experience that creates an atmosphere of community, taking the heart and essence of the masterclass and translating it into a magical programme for thousands of people across race, gender, faiths, status, and education. Someone called it “a slice of heaven on earth”, and we can’t find a more appropriate term for this transformational experience.

The Job Clubs

The Joy Clubs are small groups of people eager to transform their communities and societies with the character virtues who form a self-supporting, accountable group of like minds living lives of empathy, kindness, vulnerability, compassion and altruism and helping to share those virtures with as many as they can find. The club meets weekly in a network of homes across the countries of operation.

The Daily Vulnerable

The Daily Vulnerable is a daily newsletter helping readers embrace the fullness of their humanity, with its flaws, by tackling the things often left unsaid, especially by the successful – fear, insecurity, doubt, shame, weakness, mistakes. All the things that make us human, and how we can continue to move forward in spite – actually, because – of them.
